摘要
基于组织社会化理论,从实习单位、高校和个人三个层面分析大学生实习效果的影响因素,构建研究模型,并以外语类大学生实习为例,通过136份有效问卷进行实证检验。研究结果表明,实习单位的工作安排与福利待遇,培训内容的数量和效果,实习前学校的指导和培训,个人在实习前积极搜集实习单位和工作内容的资料,实习中遇到问题向同事请教等因素,均对实习效果的提高具有较显著的正向影响。
Based on the theory of organizational socialization, this empirical analysis is aimed at exploring the factors of three dimensions-organization, university and undergraduate-that influence the internship effectiveness with survey data from 136 undergraduates majored in foreign languages. Research found that the internship effectiveness had a significant positive relationship with factors such as the work arrangement and welfare, quantity and effectiveness of on-the-job training, university's instruction and cultivating before internship, individuals'collecting sufficient information about the organization and job content, and seeking help from colleagues when encountering problems.
