With the popularity of the Internet,the worldwide promotion of human society has entered the Internet age, which leads to the tentacles of the Internet throughout all levels of society,and people can easily use computers,mobile phones to interact on the Internet. Internet not only makes people＇s social life easier,but also gradually changes their lifestyles and habits. To establish the individual characteristics on the Internet,the network has become the primary unit of society everyday discourse and behavior. Because of the anonymity of the Internet,lack of field characteristics and broad public participation,and individualized social network in China has been rapid development. However,the individual development of social networks,in the absence of network behavior guidance and review of cases,people prone to a number of undesirable social norms,anomie acts against the social order. Therefore,only by looking at the development of individual network society in a rational way,employing its positive impacts,strengthening its social control can we jointly create a beautiful ＂ Home Network. ＂
