本文指出目前能源企业计划经营管理工作中存在的问题,选取国内某大型能源企业(集团)作为研究对象,从系统研究的关键技术、系统需求、业务流程及功能等方面介绍了该能源企业计划经营管理系统的建设情况,为能源企业的计划经营管理工作建设提供有价值的参考依据。

This paper points out the current problems existing in the operation and management of the energy companies plan,select a large domestic energy enterprise（Group） as the research object, research from the key technology,system requirements,and other aspects of business processes and functions are introduced on the construction of the energy enterprise project management system, provide the valuable reference for the construction project management work of energy enterprises.
