基于信号分析的异步电机故障诊断方法浅析 被引量:7

摘要 异步电动机以其结构简单、价格低廉、维修方便、使用寿命长而广泛应用于风机、泵类、传输等设备的驱动上。目前,对生产设备的维护主要是定期维护和故障后维修。而状态监测与故障诊断是设备状态维修的基础[1]。异步电动机的故障检测方法主要分为两类:一类是基于信号检测的诊断方法;另一类是基于模型的故障识别方法。而综合国内外现有文献发现,基于信号采集的故障诊断方法更为常用和成熟,而其中又以定子电流和转子振动信号为故障信息提取来源居多。因此,本文将分析对比以定子电流和转子振动信号为故障诊断来源的典型异步电机故障诊断方法。 Asynchronous motor is widely applied in various fields with the advantages of simple structure,cheap price,convenient maintenanee and durable.Nawadays,the maintenance of production equipment mainly are the regular maintenance and failure repairs.But the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is the basis of equipment maintenance.The fault diagnose methods for asynchronous motor are mainly divided into two categories:methods based on signals and methods based on models.After reading a lot of existing literature at home and abroad,the author find that reseachers are much more concerned about methods based on signals,especilly the stator current and rotor vibration signals as a source of fault information extraction.So the paper would analyze and compare the typical methods for asynchronous motor that use the stator current and rotor vibration signal as source of fault diagnosis.
