血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉慢血流现象的相关性分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与冠状动脉(冠脉)慢血流现象的相关性。方法研究对象为116例因胸痛就诊的患者,冠脉造影检查均未发现冠脉狭窄,提示为冠脉慢血流56例(慢血流组),冠脉无慢血流者60例(对照组)。测定两组血浆Hcy水平,分析其与冠脉慢血流的相关性。结果慢血流组血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy水平与冠脉慢血流现象有关,其可能为冠脉慢血流的早期表现;本研究可为进一步明确冠脉慢血流的发生机制提供依据。
