病毒感染与川崎病的相关性探讨 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨病毒感染在川崎病(KD)发病中的作用。方法研究对象为80例住院KD患儿(观察组)及100例同期住院的发热性疾病(口腔炎、上呼吸道感染、肺炎)患儿(对照组)。采用RT-PCR法检测两组血清EB病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、冠状病毒OC43/229E和NL63、呼吸道合胞病毒A和B、副流感病毒1和4阳性率;分析病毒阳性率与冠状动脉(冠脉)损害的相关性。结果观察组EB病毒阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组其他病毒感染阳性率无统计学差异;观察组病毒阳性与阴性患儿冠脉损害发生率无统计学差异。结论 EB病毒感染可能参与了KD的发病;呼吸道病毒感染与KD的发生无明显相关性。病毒感染与冠状动脉损害无明确相关性。
