摘要
针对目前桥式起重机存在的可靠性差、操作复杂、故障率高、电能浪费大、效率低等缺点,结合某冶金企业桥式起重系统改造实例,设计一套以PLC为控制中心、应用触摸屏及变频器的起重自动控制系统。
According to the defects of poor reliability, complicated operation, high fault rate, large energy wasting and low efficiency of bridge crane, an automatic crane control system based on PLC, touch screen and inverter is designed based on an improvement of a bridge crane system of a metallurgical enterprises.
