五种方法清除根管内充填物效果比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较手用不锈钢器械和两种镍钛再治疗器械去除根管内填充材料的效果。方法将50颗离体前牙经逐步后退法预备根管后行冷侧方加压充填,随机分为五组各10牙。分别用K锉+氯仿(A组)、Mtwo再治疗锉(B组)、Mtwo再治疗锉+氯仿(C组)、ProTaper再治疗锉(D组)和ProTaper再治疗锉+氯仿(E组)清除根管内充填物。记录并比较各组操作时间。将牙根纵劈,显微镜下观察根管内残留物并评分。结果清除根管充填物所需时间A组明显长于其他各组(P均<0.05);其余组组间比较差异均无统计学意义。五组均未完全清除根管内充填物,残留充填物多位于中部和尖部。根管内充填物残留评分各组相比差异均无统计学意义。结论五种方法清除根管内充填物的彻底程度相当。Mtwo、ProTaper再治疗锉清除根管内充填物所需时间短较短;采用氯仿对清理时间和清理彻底程度无明显影响。
