ARTN蛋白在人类肿瘤发生发展中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 ARTN蛋白是神经胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)家族配体(GFL)的一个亚型,是GDNF 家族的第4个成员,亦属于转化生长因子β( TGF-β)超家族[1]。近年来的研究表明, ARTN蛋白具有促进细胞趋化、黏附和迁移的作用,因此在介导肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移中具有重要的意义。现将ARTN蛋白在乳腺癌、胰腺癌、食管癌、胃肠道肿瘤、肺癌等肿瘤发生发展中的作用综述如下。
