摘要
为了甄别煤炭企业管理者的领导胜任能力的构成要素,应用领导胜任特征基本理论和方法,构建煤炭企业管理者的领导胜任能力4维6层的要素模型,利用该模型,对管理者的领导胜任能力构成要素与工作绩效的相关性进行了分析.结果表明,管理者的6项领导胜任能力与任务绩效、周边绩效存在相关性;通过t检验验证,管理者的领导胜任特征由管理向上关系(MU)、管理向下关系(MD)、管理横向关系(ML)、维系3重关系(MA)4大类胜任特征构成,验证得到煤炭企业管理者的领导胜任能力的30个构成要素.
The four-dimension and six-level leadership competency model was conducted and the correlation between the key elements consisting in leadership competency and job performance of the coal enterprises' managers was analyzed through using the basic theories of leadership competency in order to identify those key elements. The results show that the managers' six types of leadership competency, task performance and contextual performance are correlated. The leadership competency is composed of managing upward relationship, managing downward relationship, managing horizontal relationship and maintaining the three types of relationship, which has passed the t test. The leadership competency is composed of management upward relation Mu, management downward relation MD, management lateral relation ML and maintaining three parts relation MA. Finally, thirty key elements consisting in leadership competency of coal enterprises' managers are identified through the validation.
