摘要
在规模化种鸡场禽白血病净化工作中,选择合适的检测方法至关重要。本研究从规模化种鸡场采集疑似禽白血病发病鸡群20份样本和正常鸡群10份样本,分别用ELISA、RT-PCR以及IFA进行平行比较试验。结果表明ELISA、RT-PCR和IFA的符合率均达到96.7%,RT-PCR和IFA灵敏度相对较高,但对实验室条件和人员要求相对严格,不适用在种鸡场推广。ELISA操作简便、快速、成本低,对实验室条件和人员要求相对较低,适合作为规模化鸡场种鸡群禽白血病净化时批量检测的工具。
The appropriate detection method is important for eradication of avian leukosis virus (ALV)-infected breeders in large scale breeding company. In this study,20 samples from suspected infected breeders and 10 samples from normal breeders were tested by ELISA,RT-PCR and IFA, respectively. Comparison of three methods proved that the results had a high coincidence rate and were suitable for ALV detection. Although the sensitivity of RT-PCR and IFA were higher, they required more stringent laboratory conditions. On the contrary,ELISA was easy, inexpensive and fast, which was the most available assay for abundant samples detection in large scale breeder chicken farm.
