摘要
为了改善毛织物的染色性能,提高毛织物的抗毡缩性能,采用氧低温等离子体和壳聚糖两种改性手段联合处理羊毛织物,讨论了等离子体的放电时间、反应压强、高频功率,壳聚糖的浸渍温度、质量浓度、pH值,以及两种改性手段的结合方式对羊毛织物上染率、毡缩率的影响。结果表明,联合处理的效果优于单方处理,一次联合优于二次联合,适宜工艺参数为等离子体放电时间5 min,反应压强35 Pa,高频功率150 W,壳聚糖浸渍温度50℃,质量浓度1.5 g/L,pH 3.5,在经过该工艺条件处理,可以有效改善羊毛的染色性能和抗毡缩性能。
To improve the dyeing performance and anti-felting property of wool fabrics, this paper processes wool fabrics with two modification means - oxygen low-temperature plasma and chitosan and discusses the influence of discharge time, reaction pressure and high-frequency power of plasma and dipping temperature, mass concentration and pH value of chitosan and the combination mode of two modification means on the dye-uptake and felting rate of wool fabrics. The result shows that the effect of combined treatment is better than that of single treatment and one-off combination is better than secondary combination; appropriate 5 min, reaction pressure 35 Pa, high-frequency power 150 concentration 1.5 g/L and pH 3.5. The treatment under such dyeing performance and anti-felting property of wool. process parameters are: discharge time of plasma W, chitosan dipping temperature 50 ℃, mass technological conditions can effectively improve the dyeing performance and anti-felting property of wool.
