摘要
本试验旨在研究新型生物制剂与枯草芽孢杆菌联用对肉鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响。采用单因子完全随机设计,将8 580只1日龄罗斯308白羽肉仔公鸡按照体重分成2个处理组,每个处理组10个重复。试验组饮水添加新型生物制剂与枯草芽孢杆菌,而对照组鸡饮水不添加以上产品。试验期共42 d。结果显示,试验组与对照组各阶段的日采食量、料重比及21日龄日增重差异均不显著(P>0.05),而胸肌肉色(b*)、腿肌pH24 h差异显著(P<0.05),21日龄成活率、胸肌pH24 h、腿肌肉色(b*)、剪切力、滴水损失差异极显著(P<0.01)。因此,新型生物制剂与枯草芽孢杆菌联用更利于肉鸡饲养,完全可以代替抗生素,为家禽绿色健康养殖提供了一种新的饲养理念。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of new biological agents and Bacillus subtilis on growth performance and meat quality of broilers. By single-factor completely randomized design, one-day-age 8 580 Rose308 white-feather broilers were randomly allotted by body weight to two treatments with 10 replicates per group. Drinking water of treatment group was contained new biological agents and Bacillus subtilis, and that of control group was without these components. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that there were no significant differences in average daily feed intake or feed conversion ratio on each phase,and average daily gain of 21 days age between treatment group and control group (P〉0.05). There were significant differences in b* value of breast muscle and pH24h in leg muscle (P〈0.05) ,and there were extremely significant differences in survival rate at 21 days age,pH24h of breast muscle,b* value, shearing force and drip loss in leg muscle between the two groups (P〈0.01). These results indicated that, compared with control group, united use of new biological agents and Bacillus subtilis was more conducive to broilers during the experiment period. Therefore,new biological agents and Bacillus subtilis could completely replace antibiotics, providing a kind of new feeding idea in green and healthy poultry industry.
