Research on Economic Collaboration Development in Wuling Mountain Area Based on Systematic Philosophy

系统哲学是研究各类复杂性问题的最新科学方法,对区域经济具有重要的指导意义。通过对中国系统哲学发展背景动因的分析,从系统思想、系统规律、系统方法方面提出了系统哲学对区域发展的实践意义。在此基础上,提出武陵山片区应以系统观为指导思想,运用结构功能规律进行片区功能分区、层次转化规律推进产业结构调整、差异协同规律创新片区协作机制,以系统方法监测评价的协同发展对策。

Systematic philosophy is the latest scientific methods to solve complex problems , and equally important to regional economy . Based on analysis of system thought ,system rules and system approach of the development of Chinese systematic philosophy ,the author of the paper draws some conclusion in terms of regional economy and proposes the development of countermeasures to Wuling mountain area by applying system concept as the guiding ideology , system rules to manage and control and systematic approach to monitoring and evaluation .
