基于ELES模型的河南省城乡居民消费结构比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Rural Residents'Consumption Structure in Henan Province Based on ELES Model

通过扩展线性支出系统模型估计,从边际消费倾向、基本需求和弹性三个角度对河南省城乡居民的消费结构进行比较分析发现:城镇居民已经开始追求发展型和享受型的消费层次,消费结构不断优化;虽然农村居民也开始追求发展型消费资料,但在相对较低的边际消费倾向、收入弹性和价格弹性条件下,农村居民的消费结构优化进度缓慢,河南省城乡居民的消费结构存在显著差异,并且差异不断加大。降低河南城乡居民消费结构的差异,关键是在提高农村居民消费水平的基础上优化其消费结构。

The model of extended linear expenditure system is a powerful tool to study the consumption structure . According to the estimation results of the ELES model , the author of this paper analyses the consumption structure of urban and rural residents from three aspects of the marginal propensity to consume , the basic demand and elasticity . The comparative analysis found that urban residents had already begun to pursue development , enjoyment of consumption level , consumption structure optimized constantly and rural residents also began to pursue the development of consumption because of relatively low marginal consumption tendency , income elasticity and price elasticity .The rural residents＇ consumption structure optimization progress is slow and the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in Henan province has the remarkable difference and the difference is increasingly big . To reduce the difference between urban and rural residents consumption structure of Henan , the key is to optimize the consumption structure in the foundation to improve the level of consumption of rural residents .
