摘要 目的:了解考研医学生的心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表(SLC-90)对390名考研医学生进行测试,并与中国常模进行比较。结果:考研医学生心理健康状况低于全国正常人群水平,心理问题阳性检出率为12.89%,主要心理问题表现为强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁和敌对。结论:考研医学生群体的心理健康状况不容乐观,他们不同程度地存在一些心理健康问题。因此,对医学考研学子所面临的心理压力进行分析研究,并为降低医学考研学子压力提出具有针对性的意见和建议,十分必要。 Objective: To understand the mental health status of medical students who were prepare for entrance examination of postgraduate. Method: A study had been conducted by using the SLC-90 to test 390 medical students who were prepare for entrance examination of postgraduate and then compared with the China norm. Result: The mental health of the medical students who were prepare for entrance examination of postgraduate was lower than the national normal level, the positive rate of psychological problems was 12.89%, mainly psychological problems were forced, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility and so on. Conclusion: The mental health status of medical students who are prepared for entrance examination of postgraduate are not optimistic, there are some mental health problems at different levels. Therefore, it' s very necessary to carry on the research for the psychological pressure which medical students who are prepare for entrance examination of postgraduate is facing as well as putting forward opinions and suggestions in order to reduce their pressure.
