摘要 学校课程管理专业性的欠缺是导致课程实施低效性的主要原因。研究采用自编问卷,选取国内有代表性的中小学150所,对720位学校课程管理者包括校长、分管教学副校长、教研组长以及普通教师进行了课程管理的现实调查,结果表明,学校课程管理者对学校课程观念的认同度较高、态度较积极,但学校课程管理者的课程与教学知识素养偏低、课程管理能力不足等已成为影响课程科学运作的重要因素。基此指出,提高中小学校长的学历水平与专业素养、培育一批拥有专业素质的学校课程团队以及打造学校特色课程应是近期提高学校内涵发展的基本策略。 The main reason for the inefficiency of curriculum management is the deficiency of its specialization . T his study , based on the self-made questionnaire of the realistic condition of school curriculum management , investigated 150 elementary and secondary schools , and 720 principles , directors and teachers . The results show that school curriculum managers have a high degree of identity for the conception of school curriculum and positive attitude , but they are short of curriculum and teaching knowledge and lack the capacity . The basic trend of school development is to improve principles'educational level and professionalism , to train a group of school curriculum team with high professional quality ,and to make the school curriculum with its own characteristics .
