摘要
在文献回顾和深度访谈的基础上,将创业学习分为基于经验和基于社会网络的创业学习两种方式,构建创业学习、创业意愿与创业知识关系模型,分析二者对创业者创业知识获取的影响,以215名远程教育学生为样本进行实证研究,发现创业学习是获取创业知识的重要途径,经验学习和网络学习对机会识别知识和克服新进入缺陷知识获取有正向影响,创业意愿对创业知识获取影响不显著,据此提出相关的创业教育建议。
On the basis of literature review and depth interview, entrepreneurial learning can be divided into two main ways : on the basis of experience of entrepreneurial learning and on the basis of social network of entrepreneurial leaming. It also build a business relationship model with entrepreneurial learning, entrepre- neurial intention and entrepreneurial knowledge. Our aims are to analyze how entrepreneurial learning and en- trepreneurial intention make an impact on entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition. In 215 distance education students as the research sample for empirical research, the results show that Entrepreneurial learning is an ef- fective means to obtain necessary business knowledge, experience learning and network learning have a posi- tive influence on opportunity recognition knowledge and overcoming the knowledge acquisition on new entrants to defects. Entrepreneurial intention has no Significant effect on entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition. Ac- cordingly , we offer relevant entrepreneurial educational suggestions.
