本文对国内电力应急管理研究现状进行了简要介绍和分析;梳理了国内电力应急发展历程,并根据文献、报告以及历程特点,将其划分成三个时期;根据实际研究深入剖析电力应急现状,总结其不足之处;将其发展分为三个连续阶段,明确各阶段的重点和特点,并对电力应急的未来发展方向进行展望。
