企业家社会资本与企业绩效关系评述

Review on the Relation Between Entrepreneur's Social Capital and Firms' Performance

绩效是组织管理研究中的一个核心结果变量。而企业家是组织里的决策者和风险承担者,对企业的成功起着至关重要的作用。企业家投入企业的各种资本中,社会资本是其中很重要的一种,对企业的绩效也起着非常重要的作用。本文从直接效应、间接效应、中介效应和调节效应4个角度评述了已有文献对企业家社会资本与企业绩效之间关系的研究,最后指出了已有文献的局限,并对未来的研究作了展望。

Performance is the core outcome variable in research on organization management. Entre- preneur, who is the decision maker and risk taker of organization, has the pivotal role to the firms＇ success. As one of entrepreneur＇s variable capitals, entrepreneur＇s social capital also has important effect to firm＇s performance. From direct, indirect, mediated and moderated effects, this paper reviews on the existing literatures on the relation between entrepreneur＇s social capital and firm＇s per- formance, and points out their limitations and the directions of future research.
