中部六省高技术产业R&D绩效评价研究——基于两阶段序列DEA模型 被引量:4

摘要 将R&D投入产出效率分为技术价值和经济价值两个阶段,利用两阶段序列DEA模型研究中部六省高技术产业的R&D绩效,得出了每个阶段的综合技术效率值、技术效率和规模效率,并分析了每个阶段的投入产出松弛变量。结果显示:两阶段效率存在明显差异,河南、安徽两省R&D投入转化效率明显低于山西、湖北、湖南和江西。最后,根据不同阶段效率的高低提出相应的政策建议。 Through dividing the R&D input-output efficiency into two stagesoftechnology value and e- conomic value, using two-stage sequence DEA model to research R&D performance of high-tech in- dustry in six provinces of central China, this paper concludes each stage of the comprehensive tech- nology efficiency value, technology efficiency and scale efficiency, and analysis each stage of input- output relaxation variable. The results show that the two stages efficiency exist clear differences. Henan and Anhui' s R&D inputs transformation are efficiency clearly below to Shanxi, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi, Finally, we put forward some pointed suggestions according to the different stage efficiency quality.
