十八大报告明确指出,中小微型企业是中国经济发展的动力所在,是我国市场经济体系中最具创新活力的经济细胞,在促进市场竞争、推动技术进步、增加就业等方面起到了不可替代的重要作用。现阶段中小微企业面临诸多困境,发展基础仍然薄弱。为促进中小微企业规范科学发展,需要优化和改善市场环境,规范和完善创业风险投资体系,加快发展创业风险投资,扩大中小微企业的融资渠道。

The report delivered at the 18th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that medium-, small- and micro-sized enterprises are the driving force of China＇ s economic development and the most innovatively dynamic economic cells in the market economy system. They play an irreplaceable role in promoting market competition, technology progress and employment, etc. At present, the de- velopment of medium-, small- and micro-sized enterprises faces a lot of difficulties. Its foundation is still weak. Therefore, to further standardize and improve the venture capital system and to accelerate enterprising venture investment are of great significance for medium-, small- and micro-sized enterpri- ses to optimize its developing environment, expand financing channels and promote the standardized and scientific development.
