摘要
回顾并反思建国以来高校四次工资制度改革的主要内容、价值取向、基本规律以及对高等教育事业的影响。今后,应遵循高等教育基本规律,全面深化相关改革,构建真正适合我国高校的工资制度,促进高等教育事业健康发展。
This paper reviewed and reflected upon the 4 time' s salary system reform' s main content, value orientation and the basic laws, as well as the influence upon the cause of higher education after the foundation of new China. The thesis, to promote the health development of the cause of higher ed- ucation, emphasizes the followings: the basic law of higher schools education should be abided by; the relevant reforms should be furthered comprehensively; the salary system adapted to Chinese salary system should be constructed.
