Impact of Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurial Innovative Capability on Business Performance

在对相关理论进行梳理和分析的基础上,找出我国中小上市公司企业创新能力的构成要素,同时研究中小企业创新能力对于企业经营绩效的影响。通过描述性统计分析,得知创新能力对促进中小上市公司绩效的增长有着重要意义。为提高我国中小上市公司的创新能力从宏观和微观层面提出了建议。

Based on combing and analysis on the related issues, we find out the constituent elements of the small and medium-sized listed companies in our country enterprise innovation ability. At the same time, we study the influence of the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation ability of en- terprise operating performance. And through descriptive statistical analysis of the innovation ability to promote the growth of small and medium-sized listed company performance has important significance. At last, we put forward suggestions from the macroscopic and microsmic aspects for our country＇ s small and medium-sized listed companies to improve innovation ability.
