中欧国际贸易知识产权纠纷与对策

China-EU Trade Disputes over Intellectual Property Rights and China's Strategy

近年来中欧国际贸易持续升温,随之而来的是大量的知识产权纠纷。中欧国际贸易知识产权纠纷频发的原因包括:欧盟贸易保护主义抬头、中欧贸易持续顺差、中国企业知识产权保护意识淡薄以及欧盟实施高标准的知识产权保护水平等。我国需要不断提升知识产权保护意识、加强知识产权人才培养、提高企业知识产权运用与转化水平并拓宽知识产权纠纷解决途径,来应对中欧贸易知识产权争端。

In recent years, the trade between China and EU has developed greatly, and it also results in many conflicts over intellectual property rights. The reason for so many conflicts includes four parts： firstly, the EU economy becoming trapped in downturn; secondly, the rade surplus of china; thirdly, the enterprises in China is weak awareness of IPR protection ; and fourth, the diversity of in- tellectual property rights protection level. To deal with the trade friction on the China-EU IPR, the awareness of protecting IPR should be enhanced. More IPR skilled experts should be trained. Enter- prises need to be more practiced about using IPR. Finally, we need to find more ways to settle the disputes.
