在历史发展的进程中,世界上所有发达国家无一例外的是先有大学、后有国家的崛起;我国近代也曾有过真正的大学及大学精神,造就了一批世界级大师,为新中国成立之后的辉煌奠定了坚实的基础;建国后的几十年中,大学精神既有传承,也有失落,同时面临着新的挑战与考验;办好大学、弘扬大学精神是实现"中国梦"的重要基础工程之一,中华民族的复兴,必然伴随着、依托着大学的崛起和大学精神的弘扬。

In the process of historical development, the truth, without exception, is that universi ty was established before the rise of nations in all developed countries in the world; we have had real universities and university spirit in modern China which created a batch of worldclass master, and these talents laid a solid foundation to create country＇s glories of new China. In the past decades, uni versity spirit have had inheritance as well as loss, confronted with new challenges and trials construc ting high quality university and carrying forward the university spirit are the main basic projects of re alizing our China dream, which are the important support to bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
