重点建设项目社会稳定风险评估是从源头上防控社会稳定风险的重要举措。作为一项新兴的制度安排,重点建设项目社会稳定风险评估在几年来的快速发展过程中出现了一些不正确的认识以及运作,产生了一些负面效果。文章以厦门为例对重点项目建设社会稳定风险评估工作的现状、问题进行思考,提出完善重点建设项目社会稳定风险评估工作的一些建议。

Thesocial stability risk evaluation for key construction projects is an important step to prevent and control the source of social stability risk. In recent years, there appear some wrong thoughts and actions with its rapid development, which result in many negative effects. This article is to reflect the status quo and problems when evaluating the social stability risk of the key construction projects, so as to put forward some suggestions to improve the work.
