An Empirical Analysis of Technological Innovation and Small and Medium Enterprise's Upgrade Under Ecological Civilization

我国中小企业数量多、分布广,是经济建设和社会发展的重要力量,但多数从事劳动密集型和资源密集型行业,技术水平落后,附加值低,资源、能源消耗高,环境污染严重。在我国建设生态文明的背景和要求下,中小企业必须转变发展方式,加强技术创新,在过程、产品、功能、跨产业等方面实现转型升级,走低碳发展、循环发展和绿色发展之路。

A large number of small and medium enterprises are widespread in our country and have become the backbone of the economic development. However, most of them belong to laborin tensive and resourceintensive enterprises with obsolete technology, little additional value, high con sumption of resources and energy which result in severe environmental pollution. To support China＇s ecological civilization, small and medium enterprises must diversify in their development, accelerate technological innovation, transform and upgrade in the areas of process, products, functions and crossfields ete so that lowcarbon, sustainable and green development can be achieved.
