近年国内外关于马克思梅因笔记的研究

Recent Home and Abroad Studies on Karl Marx's Maine Notes

由于种种原因,马克思的梅因笔记写成后将近一个世纪才得以首次出版。最初的梅因笔记研究一般涵盖在对人类学笔记的整体研究中,近年来逐渐出现一些梅因笔记专题研究。哲学角度的研究主题主要有人类早期社会的划分、国家与文明的起源、马克思的世界历史理论等;法学角度的研究主题主要有法的形成与确立、司法程序与法律实体、西方法律对东方社会的冲击等。梅因笔记充分体现了马克思的人民主体观和唯物史观,为人类文明史研究提供了新思路,并日益受到国内外学者的广泛关注,但梅因笔记研究的专题性与综合性均还有待加强,总体研究思路和领域还有待拓展。

For some reasons,it took almost a century for Karl Marx's Maine Notes to be published. At first,the research about Maine Notes was included in the research about Marx's Anthropology notes. Recent years,there are some monographs about Maine Notes. The themes in philosophical research mainly include the stages of human early society,the origin of country and civilization,Marx's world history theory,etc. The themes of juristic research mainly include the formation and establishment of law,law and customs,judicial procedure and legal entity,the tremendous influence of western law on eastern society,etc. In Maine Notes,Marx insisted on historical materialism and people principal position. Maine Notes provide new thoughts for human civilization research. Now,Maine Notes attracts more and more attention home and abroad. But the research about Maine Notes still needs to be strengthened both in monograph and synthetic. The research methods and areas also need to be broadened.
