变“中国模式”为“中国思想”：来自“俄罗斯理念”的启示

How Will We Transform China Model into China Thought? Discussion About Economic Miracle of China Through Perspective of Russian Idea

"中国模式"是近年来国际社会流行、中国社会津津乐道的时尚术语,说的是中国以不同于当年西方殖民主义的特有方式实现了经济腾飞。但它不考虑中国成为世界第二大经济体过程所付出的各种巨大代价,不反思这样的发展模式耽误了中国精神文化创新、中国人内在素质提升等急迫问题。而发达国家的经验表明,经济崛起而成为世界大国过程,会伴随着这个国家的思想提出。其中,俄国现代化进展到19—20世纪之交时,逐步成为世界制造业大国、经济总量大国,不同领域的知识分子便由此立足于本土文化传统,把成为世界大国的俄罗斯帝国及其问题,纳入现代性后果的框架下查考,分别提出并各自论述了"俄罗斯理念"。这个影响力巨大的概念及其提出过程和结果提示我们,应深入思考如何改造不计成本的功利主义的"中国模式"概念,重建能容纳中国传统精神文化价值、促进中国社会和谐发展、有助于中国与世界沟通的"中国思想",从而为人类提供正面发展经验、精神内涵。

China Model is fashionable term which the international media and academia is interesting,which means that China creates the economic take-off in different from colonialist way. However,it is not involved with paying heavy price to become the world's second largest economy,and rethinking profoundly that this model has improved the spirit of Chinese culture. For example,China couldn't brought forward the concept which impact in the world. In fact,history and experiences have shown that the state would put forward universalistic new ideas in the process of becoming world's large state. For instance,Russian Ideas has been putted forward,and discussed heatedly by the Russian intelligentsia from 1880s to the early of 1920,when Russian modernization took great results,such as one of the biggest manufacturing hubs in the world,and a large imperia in total economy, and diplomatic and military power. The influential concept and its process of discussion were very meaningful for contemporary China,which may remind us think how we strength the spiritual value of culture in China Model, and we will provide a positive experience of development and cultural value of spirit.
