Research on Financial Policy to Enhance the Capability of Independent Innovation of Enterprises in Sichuan

梳理了当前四川支持企业自主创新的财政政策,分析其现状与问题,然后从财政支持层面,提出了加大支持力度、协调配置财政资源、改革支持方式等政策建议。

This paper first introduced the current fiscal policy to support enterprises independent innovation in Sichuan, and analyses the situation and problems. And then proposes to increase support, reform support policies, strengthen the perform- ance management from the perspective of fiscal policy.
