摘要
发展师范生的教研素质,体现在具有强烈的教研意识、丰富的教研知识、较高的教研能力三个维度。师范院校可以通过教育见习和实习前的试讲过程来发展师范生的教研素质。通过对西华师范大学的八名师范生进行个案研究,在其具备教研意识与教研知识的基础上,以"观摩—借鉴—演练—开发—反思—共生"生态试讲模式的构想为指导,为师范生创设教研学习环境,构建教研共同体,提高了其课堂教学水平以及对教育教学问题的研究能力,教研素质得到显著发展。
The development of the research quality of normal university students is incorporated in the following three dimensions: ardent consciousness,abundant knowledge and high capacity of educational research quality,which can be developed in the process of trial teaching before education probation and practice. The research was conducted through the case study of 8 normal university students of China West Normal University with the awareness and knowledge of educational research quality,with the ecological trail teaching pattern of"observation- reference- drill- exploitation- reflection- symbiosis" as its guidance to create a research atmosphere and community for normal university students,which improved their classroom teaching skills and research ability to solve educational problems as well as improving their educational research quality.
