摘要 英国向来注重渗透式的隐性道德教育,并致力于以各种形式充分培养学生的道德品质。在英国学校道德教育的历史背景下,剖析英国隐性德育的特征,其对中国高校道德教育的启示为:多力并举,建立整体德育机制;丰富内涵,建立学生主体内化机制;拓展实践,建立情境体验机制;注重感化,建立师生互动机制。 England has been laying great emphasis on hidden moral education,which permeates everywhere to foster morality. Based on the educational history of English schools,the essay analyzes the characteristics of hidden moral education and puts forward four mechanisms including integration of various forces,subject internalization through connotation enrichment,situational experience in practice and interaction between teachers and students,which will provide guidance for moral education of higher learning.
