摘要
商务谈判学科建设正面临理论与实务对接的挑战,随着中国经济实力的不断增强和实现转型的需要,一些原有的商务谈判学科建设内容已经显现出与现实环境脱节的尴尬,国内高校在此学科建设和专业教学领域基础薄弱的问题开始凸显。文章通过对过去二十多年来面向实务的商务谈判学科建设经验的思考,提出重视当代商务谈判活动规律性的研究、注意不同层次教学对象的差异性特点、加快培养高水平师资等推进学科建设的三个基础性建议。
The construction of business negotiation discipline is now confronted with challenges of combining theory and practice. With the increasing economic strength and the demands of transformation,some content of business negotiation discipline has seen detachment from reality. It has also seen the weakness of foundation in this discipline and professional teaching among domestic universities and colleges. Upon reflections on the experience of reality- oriented construction of business negotiation discipline over the past twenty years,this article makes three basic suggestions for boosting its discipline construction: attaching importance to research of regular business negotiation activities,paying attention to the differentiated features regarding trainees of different levels and accelerating the education of high- level teachers.
