新课程改革提出,教育就是服务。教育服务也就自然而然地成为了教育发展本身的一种需求和学生发展的一种需求。南平实验小学开展的"促进个性化学习的服务型综合实践活动课堂的实践研究",就是在服务的理念指导下,形成教师自觉的服务意识,以学生的个性化学习为基础,创设新型的合作与对话的服务机制,创造适合学生发展的教学要素与条件,让学生个性化地、自主地选择学习内容与学习方式,在教师为学生提供合适的帮助下,获得最佳的成长与发展。

The new curriculum reform puts forward that education is service. So service education naturally becomes a demand of the development of the education itself and students. The practice research on the service- oriented comprehensive practical activity courses carried out by Nanping Experimental Primary School,which is under the guidance of the service idea and based on students＇ personalized learning, creates a new type of service mechanism for cooperation and conversation and the conditions for students＇ development,helping students choose what to study and how to study out of their own will. With the help of teachers,students can realize their optimal development.
