应用显微CT观察人下颌第二磨牙C形根管形态

摘要 目的应用显微CT观察人下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的解剖特征,通过与不同研究方法比较对显微CT方法的准确性进行评估。方法通过显微CT、X线法及透明牙标本制作法观察60颗下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的解剖形态特征,通过统计学方法评估显微CT观测的人下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的准确性。结果与X线法和透明牙标本制作法比较,显微CT在评估下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管投影各型分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);显微CT和X线下Cl型和C2型较为多见,透明牙技术发现下颌第二磨牙多为l-2型(33.33%)、1-1型(25%),侧支根管、管间吻合、根管分叉、根尖分歧发生率平均为63.33%、43.33%、16.67%、18.33%。结论下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的变异较多,显微CT技术可以提高临床诊断的准确性。 [ Objective ] To observe morphology of C-shaped root canal of human mandibular second molars with microCT. [ Methods ] 60 extracted C-shaped mandibular second molars were collected.Observed anatomical morphology by microCT, X-ray radiograph and transparent tooth specimen making.And statistics were used to evaluate the accuracy of microCT. [ Results ] There was no significant difference in the distribution of various canal shapes in all observing techniques (P〉0.05). C 1 and C2 were the most common shape when using microCT and X-ray radiograph.The ncidence of type 1-2 and 1-1 had a hiIgh frequency by transparent tooth specimen making method (33.33% , 25% ).The rates of collateral pulp canal, intercanal anastomoses, pulp canal bifurcation and apical ramification were 63.33 %, 43.33 % 16.67%, 18.33% respectively. [ Conclusion ] C-shaped root canal of mandibular second molars has lots of morphological variation, and the clinical use of mieroCT technique is a useful way in diagnisis of the canal categories.
