耳源性颅内并发症临床特点研究

Clinical characteristics of otogenic intracranial complications

目的探讨耳源性颅内并发症的临床特点及治疗措施。方法回顾性分析2011年2月-2013年8月我院收治的18例耳源性颅内并发症患者的临床资料,总结耳源性颅内并发症的临床特点及治疗措施。结果耳源性颅内并发症的临床特点包括患者有脑膜刺激症状、发热、头痛,慢性中耳炎的长期耳流脓病史,急性发作,局部引流不畅,头呈持续性钝痛并阵发性加剧,同时伴有局灶性脑症状、脓毒血症等特有症状;给予治疗随访1~2年,18例患者中2例死亡,其余全部治愈,且无复发。结论骨疡型和胆脂瘤型中耳炎是导致耳源性颅内并发症发生的常见因素,耳源性颅内并发症及时诊断和治疗意义重大。

【Objective】To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment otogenic measure intracranial complications.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of clinical data in February 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital 18 cases of intracranial complications in patients otogenic summarizes the clinical features and treatment of otogenic intracranial complications.【Results】The clinical features of otogenic intracranial complications include patients with meningeal irritation, fever, headache, ear pus long history of chronic otitis media, acute, localized poor drainage, the head was persistent and paroxysmal dull intensified, accompanied by focal cerebral symptoms, sepsis and other specific symptoms; given treatment 1 to 2 years of follow-up, 18 patients died in the two cases, all the rest cure, and no recurrence. 【Conclusion】 Bone granuloma and otitis media are common factors leading otogenic intracranial complications occurred otogenic timely diagnosis and treatment of intracranial complications is significant.
