摘要
通过对前人的企业家理论进行分析综述，提出了研究中国企业家人力资源所起到的借鉴作用。
First, the entrepreneur theory is analyzed. Second, its using for reference is provided for studying the entrepreneur resource in China. At last, the conditions of developing the entrepreneur resource in China are interpreted.
