以促进中国高科技企业技术创新为基本出发点，探讨了在高科技企业的技术创新中引入风险投资等一系列问题。首先讨论了技术创新与风险投资结合的必要性与可能性，指出它们的结合既是中国高科技企业发展至今的必然结果，也是对这些企业进一步加快发展的要求。风险投资业在中国还比较稚嫩，企业界对它的认识也不完全，难免会出现认识上的偏差，就这一现象，针对风险投资引入以后，高科技企业有可能出现的几种现象进行了分析。

The essential purpose of this paper is to promote technology innovation in Chinese hi-tech enterprises. A series of issues concerning venture investment in technology innovation is discussed. At the beginning of the article, we analyze the necessity and possibility for technology innovation and venture capital, which combination is not only the result of the development of hi-tech enterprises in China, but also the requirement of their further growth. On the other hand, venture investment is still a brand new word for many enterprises and it is unavoidable for them to misunderstand it in some respects. So we will discuss the problems that will possibly happen after or before the venture capital enters the enterprises and give our advice on them.
