Mathematical Analysis on Selecting Tactics and Partners for Innovation-based Supply Chain

供应链管理是当今管理理论与实践的热点问题 ,仅仅从定性角度分析是不够的。本文首先提出了基于过程的供应链结构模式 ;然后采用理论分析与数学分析相结合的方法提出了选择供应链策略的依据 ;最后提出如何用质量机能展开技术来确定供应链上的合作伙伴和开发小组成员的构成。

The supply chain management is becoming more and more important problem in management and economics. In the paper, first, the process-based supply chain structure is developed; second, the supply chain tactics are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively; finally, how to select the partners along a supply chain and the members of a work team by QFD are put forward.
