The naturalization of intentionality is the theoretical essence of the problem of intentionality in the context of naturalism in contemporary philosophy of mind. There are many strategies to the problem of the naturalization of intentionality, and the debates between them are becoming more intense. Among them, the teleological approach attracts more attention and causes many discussions. It has showed a new epistemic perspective and methodological feature, and has provided an alternative strategy for the naturalization of intentionality.
