摘要
信息技术革命造就了哲学的信息技术转向,催生了信息技术哲学这一新的哲学分支,引导我们发现了越来越多的新的哲学问题,成为使信息技术的发展和哲学的发展可以互惠的一个新的研究领域。信息技术哲学目前主要沿两个方向推进:关于信息技术的"分支哲学"研究,以及关于"分支信息技术"的哲学研究;作为技术哲学的新形态,信息技术哲学正在使技术哲学走向"当代形态"、"分支形态"、"微观形态"和"会聚形态"。
The revolution of information technology （IT） has created the informational - technological turn in philosophy, given birth to philosophy of IT as a new branch of philosophy, and has led us to discover more and more new philosophical problems. Philosophy of information technology proceeds along two directions：the ＂branch of philosophy＂ research about information technology, as well as the philosophical study of ＂branch of information technology＂. As a new form of philosophy of technology, philosophy of information technology is promoting the former to become the ＂contemporary form＂, the ＂branch morphogenesis＂, the ＂morphology＂ and the ＂convergence patterns＂.
