临时性组织中关系治理机制核心要素的本土化研究

Localization of the Core Elements of Relational Governance Mechanisms in the Temporary Organization

立足于本土社会情境并以公共建设项目为例，从关系契约视角出发，应用扎根理论，通过三级编码对中国社会文化背景下公共建设项目关系治理机制的构成要素进行了质性研究，并结合进一步的文献比较分析，明确了中国公共建设项目的关系治理机制由信任、承诺、沟通、合作及行业惯例5要素组成。对各要素结构与内涵的深入阐释与分析表明，中国情境下的信任具有重视“关系基础”的特点，且行业惯例也具有浓重的中国特色。

Based on the local social context and relational contract perspective, the study treats the public construction projects as sample and applies the exploratory grounded theory with three steps of coding to qualitatively analyze the constituent elements of relational governance mechanism in public proiects under Chinese social and cultural background. Along with the findings of qualitative a- nalysis, the study conducts a further comparative review of the literature and argues that relational governance mechanism is composed of trust, commitment, communication, collaboration and industry practices. In-depth interpretation and analysis of the structure and content of each element shows that trust in the Chinese context emphasizes on ＂relationship-base＇, and industry practices also have strong Chinese characteristics.
