摘要
HBV持续复制是HBV感染终末期肝病进展的重要决定因素,因此对于HBV感染终末期肝病患者,应仔细询问病史及治疗反应,选择最恰当的抗病毒治疗方案。本文对HBV感染终末期肝病抗病毒治疗的管理进行综述。
Persistent HBV replication is the critical factor in the progression of HBV-infected end-stage liver disease, there-fore, it is important for the patients with HBV-infected end-stage liver disease to be given the most appropriate antiviral therapy in terms of the history and response to treatment. This review focuses on the management of antiviral therapy in patients with HBV-in-fected end-stage liver disease.
