无限潜能魅力彰显--分子影像学研究的回顾与展望 被引量:6

摘要 2001年Weissleder 和Mahmood 教授[1]提出了分子影像学的概念,10余年间,分子影像学迅速发展,尽显其魅力,取得了令人瞩目的成就。尤其是近几年来,随着分子生物学、基因组学、蛋白质组学、材料化学以及影像学的不断进步和多学科的交叉,分子影像学正在从概念走向实践,从单纯的基础研究走向临床前及临床转化研究。分子影像学为蛋白质组学、基因组学等基础医学成果过渡到临床应用搭建了桥梁,使复杂抽象的分子事件直观、可视化,使静止孤立的研究动态、系统化,并期待可以实现在分子水平诊断和治疗临床重大疾病(如肿瘤、心血管、中枢神经、内分泌等系统疾病)[2-5]。笔者对近年来分子成像研究的热点、难点及技术瓶颈等问题进行梳理和归纳,并对今后的学科发展方向进行展望。
