胃肠道外周T细胞淋巴瘤的CT表现 被引量：2

摘要 原发于胃肠道的非霍奇金淋巴瘤以B细胞淋巴瘤多见，外周T细胞淋巴瘤（peripheral T-cell lymphoma，PTCL）罕见，占全部胃肠道淋巴瘤的4％～6％［1］。 PTCL临床进程凶险，对化疗反应差，5年生存率仅为10％～45％［1-2］。而国内缺乏对胃肠道PTCL影像表现的报道。笔者搜集了经手术病理证实的胃肠道PTCL共12例，探讨其CT表现，旨在提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。
