基于反求工程思想的弱信号分析在产品开发中的应用

The Application of Weak Signal Analysis on Product Development Based on Reverse Engineering Theory

在竞争情报领域,弱信号越来越引起管理者的重视,但是由于无法对弱信号进行有效的分析,使得弱信号辅助决策的价值并不高。文章首先指出了传统的弱信号分析存在的3个问题,即收集的盲目性、分析的复杂性、结果的无指导性,认为反求工程思想可以有效解决这些问题,并进一步提出了包含反求工程思想的弱信号分析流程,最后以产品开发阐述反求工程思想如何应用于弱信号分析。

In the field of competitive intelligence, weak signal is causing more and more attention of managers. But due to the lack of effective analysis on weak signal, the value of weak signal＇s assisting decision is not high. The article firstly points out three problems of traditional weak signal analysis, which include the blindness of collection, the complexity of the analysis, the outcome without guidance. And then it thinks that reverse engineering theory can solve these problems effectively, and further pro- poses a weak signal analysis flow containing reverse engineering theory. Finally, this paper states the application of idea by prod- uet development.
