眼附属器淋巴瘤的常规超声及超声造影表现

Manifestations of conventional ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging on ocular adnexal lymphoma

目的探讨眼附属器淋巴瘤的常规超声及超声造影特点,提高其诊断准确率。方法回顾分析30例经手术病理证实的眼附属器淋巴瘤的常规超声及超声造影表现,比较二者的诊断准确率。结果常规超声能较好地显示肿块的位置、大小、形态、边界、内部回声及血流信号,其诊断恶性肿块和淋巴瘤的准确率为93.3%。超声造影能清晰显示肿块内部的微循环及周边有无浸润,其诊断恶性肿块的准确率为100%,诊断为淋巴瘤的准确率为96.7%。结论眼附属器淋巴瘤的常规超声及超声造影表现具有一定的特征性,结合临床表现能进一步提高诊断准确率。

Objective To study the manifestations of conventional ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） imaging on ocular adnexal lymphoma,and to improve its diagnostic accuracy.Methods The findings of conventional uhrasonography and CEUS imaging on 30 cases of ocular adnexal lymphoma confirmed by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnostic accuracy rates were compared. Results The position,size,shape,boundary,internal echo and blood flow signal of ocular adnexal lymphoma were well displayed by ultrasonography. The CEUS showed the tumor internal microcireulation and determined the peripheral infiltration.The diagnostic accuracy rates of uhrasonography and CEUS for ocular adnexal lymphoma were 93.3% and 96.7% ,respectively. Conclusion The manifestations of conventional uhrasonography and CEUS imaging on ocular adnexal lymphoma have certain features and the diagnostic accuracy rate can be improved with the clinical evidence.
