高强度聚焦超声治疗肝细胞型肝癌的现状与进展 被引量:2

摘要 高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)作为一种非侵入性治疗手段,能安全、准确、有效地消融肿瘤组织,且不会对周围正常组织造成损伤,其越来越广泛地应用于肝细胞型肝癌(HCC)的临床治疗。目前HIFU治疗主要应用其热效应,二维超声和MRI是常用的监控手段。HIFU联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术能有效提高HCC的治疗效率、安全性及疗效,放疗和超声微泡的应用也可进一步提高治疗效果。本文就HIFU对HCC的现状及进展做一综述。 High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU),asanon-invasive technique,iscapable of ablating the tumortissue safely, precisely, and efficiently without damaging the peripheral normal tissue, thus it's more and more widely used in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).At present,HIFU therapy mainly uses its thermal effects,two--dimensional uhrasound and magnetic resonance imaging is commonly used in monitoring.HIFU combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization can effectively improve the efficiency, safety and efficacy in the treatment of HCC,radiotherapy and the application of ultrasound microbubbles can also enhance the therapeutic effect.This paper reviews the current development and progress of HCC treated by HIFU.
