血管内中膜检测和血管硬度定量分析技术评价2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉结构及功能 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声射频信号血管内中膜分析(QIMT)技术和血管硬度定量分析(QAS)技术在评估2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉结构和功能中的应用价值。方法检测2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉IMT和颈总动脉弹性参数:脉搏波传播速度(PWV)、血管僵硬度(β)及顺应性系数(CC),结果与正常对照组比较分析。并将颈总动脉弹性参数与患者的空腹血糖做相关性分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉IMT、PWV及β均显著高于正常对照组,而CC显著低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IMT、PWV及β与空腹血糖呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.8045、0.8389和0.9501(P<0.01);CC与空腹血糖呈负相关,相关系数为-0.9411(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者颈总动脉IMT和各弹性参数明显高于健康者;QIMT和QAS技术可早期反映糖尿病患者颈总动脉结构和弹性改变,有利于血管病变的早期诊断和治疗,可为临床评价动脉结构和功能提供较为准确的定量指标。 Objective To expore the value of quality intima media thickness (QIMT) and quality arterial stiffness (QAS) technologies in evaluating the structure and function of common carotid arteries (CCA) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The intima-media thickness (IMT) and wall resilience parameters of CCA in 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 40 health subjects were acquired,including pulse wave velocity (PWV), stiffness parameter (β) and compliance coeffieient(CC ).The results were comparatively analyzed.Results The IMT, PWV and β in patients were significantly higher while CC was lower compared with those in health subjects (P 〈 0.05).The IMT,PWV, β were positively correlated with fasting blood-glucose(r=0.8045,0.8389 and 0.9501 ,P〈 0.01 ),but CC was negatively correlated with fasting blood-glucose(r=-0.9411, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The structure and elasticity change of CCA can be detected by QIMT and QAS technologies at early stage, which is beneficial to early diagnosis and treatment of vascular lesions and provides accurate quantitative index for clinical evaluation on arterial structure and function.
